The Georgia World Congress Signia Hotel in Atlanta, a project showcasing more than 300,000 square feet of approximately 40 distinct tile materials. Overcoming intricate design challenges and enormous scope, our team meticulously aligned shower joints, custom-fabricated shower curb caps, and tile layouts. Completed within a 11-month timeline to bring the architects design to life while implementing mass-production scale.

  • Owner wanted all shower fixtures to line up with tile grout lines, so we had to coordinate with plumbing and carpentry trades to achieve this. We created templates for each shower to allow them to place these in the exact locations needed and forcing the water to shed from the tile directly into the linear drains. It also allowed us to work through each bathroom very efficiently and meet the compressed 11-month schedule which had been pushed after covid.
