Having served as a leader and president of several national and industry associations for marble, granite, terrazzo, and tile, he is a highly regarded business and industry leader, a visionary consultant, and a mentor.

CEO
David leads the Terrazzo Division at David Allen Company with over 50 years of industry experience. A former NTMA President and longtime board member, he is recognized nationally as an expert, innovator, and trusted consultant in terrazzo contracting.
Arthur Odom
President
Art is a CPA with over 45 years of experience in construction finance and accounting. A former VP and CFO at David Allen Company, he’s a respected industry leader, national board member, and advocate for professional excellence in construction management.
Christopher Walker
Vice President - Northeast Region
Chris is Vice President of Northeast Operations with over 35 years in tile installation and project management. He is a nationally recognized industry expert, serving in leadership roles with ANSI, ISO, NTCA, ABC Virginia, and other key technical committees.
Joseph “Bo” Martin
Vice President - Finance
Bo oversees finance and corporate operations from the Raleigh office and has over 30 years of experience in construction accounting. A Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional, he’s a former business owner and long-serving leader in both industry and community finance.
Ann Pope
Corporate Secretary
Ann serves as Corporate Secretary and brings a strong background in banking, sales, and leadership. Since joining David Allen Company in 2011, she has advanced through roles in sales, training, and mentorship to become a key member of the executive team.
