This 430,00-sq. ft. private museum is a combination of existing, retrofit and new construction utilizing over 37,000-sq. ft. of tile. The historic 1922 façade and lobby remained. New construction connected the existing 7 story structure with a new two-story garden, public spaces and cafeteria. A State of the Art Performance hall was constructed along with a ballroom and Public Restaurant.
