 As the Design and Production Architecture team for the Hilton Miami Dadeland Hotel, CallisonRTKL (CRTKL) worked with David Allen Company through the General Contractor Hensel Phelps on the construction on this exquisite hotel. We are proud to endorse David Allen Company for their exemplary work in installing the Stone and Tile throughout the construction of this project. 

The new 169,000 SF hotel and conference center is eight levels and features 184 contemporary rooms, including 24 “extended stay” suites, 10,000 SF of meeting and event space, a restaurant, pool, and other luxury amenities. The hotel is located on an active medical campus in South Miami. 

This was Baptist Health South Florida’s first foray into Hotel design and construction and was an integral component for the extended-stay nature to complement their new Proton Therapy center on campus. The warmth and welcoming, hospitable nature of the project was a critical design aspect and is clearly seen in the vast array of finishes selected for the Interior Design. This is especially noteworthy as experienced in the Tile and Stonework by the David Allen Company. Public spaces and guestrooms employ this key component of the palette and it was important that the installation be of the highest caliber: a charge to which David Allen met wholeheartedly. I highly recommend the David Allen Company and will continue to work with them in future ventures.
